Bruce Ewing, a native of Suffern, NY, and a graduate of the Hartt School of Music, Hartford, CT, is presently touring the country in THE PHAT PACK, a show for which is co-creator.  Bruce, along with fellow cast members Randal Keith, Ted Keegan and Kevan Patriquin created THE PHAT PACK while appearing in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “PHANTOM: The Las Vegas Spectacular” at the Venetian Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. (Monsieur Reyer / Piangi u.s.).


Before Phantom, Bruce appeared as Jinx in “Forever Plaid” at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino, as well as 4 years as Jinx & Sparky in “Forever Plaid” at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino. For 14 years before Vegas, Bruce worked all over the county in musical theater, with credits including national tours of “Forever Plaid” (Jinx/Frankie Sparky), "City of Angels" (Jimmy Powers), "Grand Hotel" (Erik and understudy for the Baron), and "Ziegfeld: A Night at the Follies" (Production Tenor).


Bruce performs on 4 solo CDs, "Tonight at Eight: Songs from Broadway", “Give Me Jesus”, “Remembering To Dream: A Christmas Album.” and “Let The Music Begin”.   You can also hear Bruce on the 15th Anniversary CD of “Forever Plaid”, singing the role of Jinx, as well as on “Two Guys & A Girl: Desire Beyond Expression”.  (all available at BruceEwing.com)


Bruce is currently the Worship Leader & Choir Director at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, and has produced many concerts in Las Vegas on behalf of charities such as Lutheran Social Services of Southern Nevada, Family Promise of Las Vegas, Golden Rainbow, Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Vets (Veterinarians) for Abandoned Pets and Candlelighters for Childhood Cancer.


Bruce's greatest joy in life is being able to sing and share great music!

Is any of this possible?” In “Where I Want To Be”, actor/singer Bruce Ewing shares the challenges, personal crises & healing on his journey --  and a discovery of faith that led him toward a life of hope and triumph!  This lighthearted, uplifting musical offering features music from Broadway, the American Songbook, and original works.  This concert is sure to inspire!
